Jennifer Russell
Jennifer’s ambition and desire are what planted the seed to grow More Than Décor. She has, of course, been here since before the beginning. Jennifer is married to Shane and together they have three lovely and spoiled four-legged baby girls - Mollie, Sophie and Abby. Jennifer enjoys spending her spare time with Shane; whether it is working around the house, canning (we couldn’t believe it either) or a lazy Sunday afternoon , they just can’t get enough of each other.
Daphyne Hilliard
Daphyne has been with More Than Décor from the very beginning, and it is her smiling face that will meet you when you enter the store. She has been married to J.D. for almost twenty years and they have two great teenagers, Ryan and Ashley, for whom she is the SUPERTAXI. In her spare time, Daphyne enjoys motorcycle rides with J.D., hitting the lake to get her tan on, and spending some off time with her kids. Getting to spend more time with her in-laws (Jennifer and Debbie) at work is a special treat, though Sarah is admittedly her favorite
Debbie Hilliard
Debbie came to the “Family” in March of 2008. After a long run at her previous job, it was time for a change…and who can blame her-we’re awesome fun! Debbie has been married to Jim for as long as either can remember and claims Jennifer and J.D. despite their shenanigans, though her proudest achievement would be her four four-legged babies, Noah, Freebie, Lacy and Katie. Debbie enjoys spending her spare time traveling with Jim, lounging at the pool, or curled up with a hot cup of tea and bad television.
Joyce Terry
Joyce owned and operated Joyce’s Creations in Goreville, Illinois from 1981-1999, and worked at a few other shops in the area prior to joining the More Than Décor Family in October of 2007. Joyce enjoys the wine trails and her family in her spare time.
Sarah B. Ragan
Sarah has been with More Than Décor from Day One as well, and, more often than not, you will find her on a ladder or in the delivery van. Though she took a brief sabbatical from the store, she’s still family and we are happy to have her back-though it is only part-time since she is enrolled in the LPN program at Logan (kudos to you Sarah B.!). Sarah enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter, Maddie, exploring the woods near their house, tractor rides, mowing, and, we find this one hard to believe, studying. We aren’t really sure why the initial
sticks with us....
